The ELZ6 features a modern one-bedroom design with a kitchen equipped with overhead cupboards and a natural stone benchtop. The bathroom includes a natural stone vanity, shaving cabinet, and space for a washing machine. Additional amenities include a wardrobe, panoramic glass windows with metal fly screens and curtains, and a large skylight with an electric blind. The unit is equipped with air conditioning that offers both heating and cooling capabilities and a digital door entry system. For an enhanced outdoor experience, an optional structural steel frame deck with Eco flooring and a stainless steel balustrade with glass is available.
